Douglas Beach Park in Douglas and Laketown Beach in Holland both offer free access, but if you don’t want to pay for a car, here are 7 great beaches near campus.
In addition to sunsets and days at the beach, Lake Michigan’s beautiful towns and lakes offer visitors and locals plenty of opportunities to sit back and watch the boats come and go. From small fishing boats to large yachts, you’ll see them out on the water one day and sailing, waving as they go.
