The BreckConnect Gondola is an 8-passenger cable car that provides guests with transportation to and from the Peak 7 and Peak 8 ski resorts. Sit back and enjoy the mountains as the gondola takes you 400 meters vertically to the top. The best way to see the city from a panoramic view!
Epic Discovery is located at the Base Camp of Peak 8 and is ideal for families who want to have fun. Prices vary from attraction to attraction and there are many options. We recommend allocating a full day for the visit. Epic Discovery is a fun way to see the mountains. From alpine skiing to zip lining, hiking to miniature golf, scenic train rides… and MORE!… Epic Discovery has something for everyone, no matter their ability or preference. While you’re enjoying all that Epic Discovery has to offer, be sure to stop by T Bar for a quick bite.
The Isak Heartstone is a 15-foot wooden troll that sits proudly on Tollgstien Street (around the corner from the Stephen C. West Ice Arena parking lot). It is truly a sight to behold. Originally built to celebrate the annual Breckenridge International Art Festival, Isak was founded by Danish artist Thomas Dambo, known for his inspiration for recycling and upcycling. Isak is 0.25 km from Tollgstien street. When you reach him, make sure you don’t leave him! Maintain a clean and litter-free environment and avoid leaving any type of graffiti or signs on or around it. We look forward to continuing to visit her in the years to come. The Tollgstien trail is a one-way trail and is easy for all ages/skills. They are gems. * Get here early if you don’t want to wait to see him… the sooner the better! *
Blue River Plaza is located in the heart of Breckenridge, just off the main road and next to the Breckenridge Welcome Center & Museum. We personally love to stop at Mountain Top Cookies and walk down to the farm to enjoy our delicious meal. You can walk over the bridge and sit on the grass near the Riverwalk Center and if you want, you can listen to one of the many summer concerts while relaxing in God’s country while your kids jump on the rocks. the river
