Great hotel really well updated hotel. A proper breakfast. Super clean. Comfortable beds. Large indoor pool with hot tub. Good value for money. There were many restaurants and shops on Route 1. One will be regular until the price gets out of hand. Highly recommended!

The first hotel was a standard beach location with an indoor pool and free breakfast. My room had two queen beds and a standard refrigerator, microwave, and coffee maker, and no one came into my room during my stay unless I asked for something. But the people I spoke to described the hotel as a four-star destination, namely Jess, Destiny and Cindy.

Book the night before on hotels.com for $74/night per room. Breakfast included. The main area looks newly renovated and is clean and pleasant. We renovated 2 rooms on the “dog corridor” on the first floor. Dogs are allowed and there were dogs in several rooms in this hallway. So you don’t have to worry about disturbing your neighbors. It wasn’t too loud because of the dogs barking or anything like that. Next to the parking lot is a lawn “dog park” with plastic bags. The corridors were clean. The staff was friendly. At 9pm we had some questions about the TV and the manager came from reception to help. The pool and hot tub were very dirty with chipped paint, but limited wheelchair access. The door to the pool was a bit unusual. There was a toilet in the door, the lock on the door did not work. The other looked like an air-conditioned room, only with plastic sheeting covering the entrance. We were driving from DC to NJ and wanted to take the ferry from Lewis to Cape May. The location is 15 minutes east of Dewey or Rehoboth Beach, 15 minutes from the ferry and 5 minutes from shopping. Close to many restaurants. We enjoyed the “Kebab and Falafel Addiction” at 1 East strip mall and the famous fried chicken in Davie. Breakfast included: continental, waffles, coffee, bagels, muffins, etc.

Beach Terrace Inn
I wish I could do 0. This place only looks at property. It’s like it’s happening in real time. We had a problem with the key card and every time we went back there we had to go to our room. Apparently the card reader is a problem on more than one door, the rooms smell, there are cockroaches and it’s not worth what they charge. This place needs to be torn down and rebuilt, let them write motel not hotel. There is dirt on the walls, it’s disgusting! There were stains on the carpet and walls. When we started walking through the hall, it immediately smelled of musty dog, mold and smoke. The room wasn’t any better when we walked in and we were immediately hit with the same smell but stronger, the carpet was torn up, mold was very visible in several places, the bathroom looked like it had in the past. The only one that was cleaned every month. there was a toilet and the floor was disgusting. As you walk down the hall, you can see cracked and broken light fixtures, broken plastic in the room, an unwanted dryer full of hair and mold. Everything I describe here, I have pictures and videos. I really can’t think of anything positive about this place, the service was great too! Overall 0/10 experience. Management and ownership should be ashamed of themselves. I wish there was a sign outside that said “Don’t stay here”. sad city don’t go here. Forget the pool and hot tub, the pictures on the website are not true. Oh, and if you asked for a refund or something, the manager wasn’t there. Please don’t stay here! Big waste of money!

This is a terrible hotel, the rooms are very old, the TV on the second floor did not work. We canceled our stay there. This hotel needs an important date and the pool looked bad. I’ve never been here. You will pay. To improve the management of this hotel!
