The staff is very pleasant and the room is very comfortable for a family. We enjoyed our time at the pool and will be back. Breakfast was good and we were excited to have breakfast and watch the dolphins. Thank you for our great stay, we hope to be back soon

Great staff, friendly and very polite. Clean the hotel, pool and rooms. Great water pressure in shower. Comfortable bed. Comfortable room. There was some construction going on at the hotel but it was not a problem. The construction crew was also very nice. We had a great stay and would stay again. Recommended
The location, breakfast, pool, gym and view are amazing. Although the room was very old and dirty. A leaky air handler makes the carpet smell like a dirty diaper. If this hotel would renovate and do a better job of cleaning the sheets and blankets it would be perfect. Also the staff is very nice.

The hotel is well located with pedestrian walkways and beach access. Each room faces the sea and has a beautiful view. The hotel feels clean and is working well following the COVID-19 recommendations except for the full elevator. Currently, due to COVID-19, regular cleaning has stopped, but you can still get clean linens by placing dirty towels in the laundry baskets provided in the hall. They clean and change the dirty one and leave him at the door. They also take out the trash if you leave it outside the door and provide extra toiletries upon request. The pool is open but the water is a bit cold even though the embassy says it is a heated pool. The room is nice, but we noticed two things that could be better. First, there are not enough electrical outlets in the room. In our room, with 2 beds, there is a socket in the middle of the bed, but two plugs are taken from the lamp and the clock. There is no other exit near the bed near the wall. There was another socket on the other side of the bed near the window but only one socket and no table for electrical appliances. It seems a little unsafe to use it in the room and hide it in the sofa. I use a CPAP machine that attaches to the bed and sits on a table. Also, like most people these days, I have some electronics to charge. There is no place to charge the phone near the bed. I recommend bringing your own power strip. Second, the water pressure in the shower is terrible. Overall the hotel was good though. The breakfast is very good considering it’s free and all the staff members we interacted with were friendly. Note that you have to walk more than a block from the parking lot. They have several places in the hotel, 2. some across the street with others and 3. lots across Pacific Ave.
A lift for the entire hotel + staff. One person I spoke to waited 30 minutes to use it. People are desperate and ignoring covid protocols. Indeed, “take safety precautions”… – The swimming pool is closed. – No news of reforms. Sorry for the lack of service on my order. “Agoda” – I found a piece of plastic in my breakfast turkey sausage. – A member of staff at reception for at least five days. There is always a line waiting to speak to a hotel representative, which unfortunately happens a lot. During my good stay, I only had to speak to reception twice – at the beginning and at the end. Guests are constantly at the front desk due to repeated problems. – My key card failed twice, locking me out of my room. I was accused of this too, because I kept it next to my cell phone. After researching, I found that this is rarely the case. The first time I called a mechanic, looked at the lock because I suspected it was the cause. They don’t. After the second time and because I had a punctured wheel, it took three hours and a senior engineer from another hotel to fix the lock. I later found out that other visitors had the same experience. If you’re going to fix it, how about fixing the most important thing for a hotel – the dreaded lock on the door? This place is rubbish and the idea is that if they could deliver the right product it would be full due to the location. It’s worth at least $60 a night. Stay elsewhere in Virginia Beach if you prefer. –
