Absolutely excellent! To transform a 100 year old building into an amazing residence and you know, people always say location location location wow, this hotel, very good location, great view, they said the latest movie was shot here in one of the rooms. Good staff, good environment.
This place is great. The old saloon has been consciously restored. A place for people to share adventure stories, drink beer and relax, make new friends. Clean bed upstairs. Highly recommend. will come back

I love Avon. Clean rooms upstairs and actual hall downstairs. The reception/bar/coffee area invites groups to meet or meet new people. I will definitely come back

Daniel envisions the Avon: an adventure hotel. His house was packed the night we stayed. And we meet people from all over the country who come here to ski Mount Silverton or go backcountry. Very intelligent and interesting people: astrologers, pastors, software company owners, high school students. It was a lot of fun!
I am a regular customer and I have to say that the new owners have really worked here, it’s a great atmosphere for everyone. The room is clean and quiet. The staff is really friendly and it’s a nice city. I really appreciate the staff here. And I think they go a little further than others and make me feel at home. The bar is great too! Live bands, depending on the time of your stay, add to the fun in the already chilly atmosphere. It’s my go-to place whenever I’m in town and love to catch up with my friends and family. Look here. I promise you won’t regret it!

Great space, friendly staff, great music, tasty beer, great for dogs and this will be my new place to stay whenever I’m in Silverton. Nat Geos’ stack from the 1930s is also very interesting.

The home is decorated with modern decor and an open floor plan perfect for movie gatherings. Eating with family Playing board games etc. The kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals for your guests and there is plenty of seating at the kitchen island and dining table. The living area opens up with double glazed windows for great views and excellent wildlife viewing. French doors from this room lead to a large patio furnished with a dining table and comfortable patio furniture. The house has underfloor heating and a gas fireplace to keep you warm, cool after a cold day in the mountains.
Bedroom 3 – 2 single beds and a single bed (2nd floor with flat screen TV).
This property is pet friendly. (prior approval required) and the pet fee is $25/day per pet We allow a maximum of 2 dogs per stay. The maximum pet fee is $200 per dog. And will be added to your booking after you book.

Cancellations or changes made less than thirty (30) days prior to arrival are refunded 100% less a $250 cancellation fee between 29 (29) days and fifteen (15) days prior to arrival. Guests will receive a 50% refund of the booking amount for arrivals of (14) days or less. No refunds
For reservations of at least thirty (30) nights, the cancellation policy will be extended to sixty (60) days prior to arrival for a 100% refund, minus a $250 cancellation fee. 50% of your arrival and (59) days will be refunded.
