The beautiful Garden of the Gods was given to the city of Colorado Springs with the understanding that the park would remain free to the public in perpetuity. Although you may pay a few dollars for a tour and experience to explore the park, it is completely free to just drive, walk, and walk. There are about two dozen inside, outside, and around these amazing stone structures, so you can see famous sights like Kissing the Camel, Siamese Twins, Steamboat, and Balanced Rock. Visitors are welcome every day. Driving through the North Gate, you’ll be amazed by the B-52 blaster on display. Coming out of the south door, you’ll be greeted by an A-10 and a T-38.
