Aspen Colorado Vacation Rentals
Cancellation Policy: All our reservations are non-refundable. We offer travel insurance to cover your holiday if you need to cancel 100%. If you have to cancel and do not have travel insurance, we will try to re-rent the property for a stay and refund any net proceeds we receive from the new rental booking. Refunds are usually made 30 days after the end of the rental period with a new rental. Funds and Deposit Schedule: 100% of the funds must be paid within 60 days of the order after the contract is completed. If the order is out of 60 days, 50% of the balance due to the completed contract when the contract is signed and 50% of the balance due 60 days before reaching the completed contract. A security deposit is required, although the deposit varies by property. After ALVR receives your deposit, the funds are deposited into an FDIX-insured trust account, which can earn interest. Any interest earned on the deposit will be the benefit of ALVR. The deposit will be refunded as soon as we clean the site from damage or receive outstanding fees for services or personnel.
Aspen Signature Vacation Rentals
A credit card authorization form must be completed and signed prior to arrival. We accept MC/VISA and AMEX for a 3.5% convenience fee.
Rates: Prices are based on a 7 night rental. Prices do not include taxes or fees. Prices are subject to change without notice. Some reservations may require the prior approval of the Owner. Prices and availability are guaranteed only at the time of booking. (After the rental agreement has been completed and funds received.) A credit card authorization form must be completed and signed prior to arrival. MC/VISA/Discover and AMEX are accepted with a 3.5% facility fee.
Maid Service: The place must be cleaned upon arrival. If renting for 7 days or more, the owner will be responsible for mid-week cleaning and check-out cleaning is required to return the place to its original condition at check-in. If the rental is less than 7 days, the Licensee will be responsible for the clean check-out necessary to return the place to its original condition during check-in at the rate of $38/hour.
Additional Services: Additional services for personal laundry, dish washing and/or additional cleaning services can be arranged through the Aspen Luxury Vacations office at 970 205-9960 at a rate of $38/hour. If the property manager is called non-emergency, there will be a charge of $65.00/hour.
Aspen Ski Resorts, Colorado
Damage insurance: $99 damage insurance is required (for $5,000 coverage). Guests are responsible for any damage to the premises and furniture, appliances and household items that occur during the tenants occupation. A 20% service charge will be added to the invoiced damages.
EARLY DEPARTURE: The guest is responsible for payment of the reservation, regardless of the guest’s actual arrival or departure.
Check-in/Check-out: Check-in at 16:00 and check-out at 10:00. Exceptions can be made on the arrival or departure of the guest on the day of your reservation. This time is planned so that there is enough time for cleaning the house before the next arrival.
