Vacation Rentals Aspen Colorado
DETAILS POLICY: All of our refunds are non-refundable. If you have to cancel 100%, we offer travel insurance to cover your holiday. If you have to cancel and do not have travel insurance, we will try to re-rent your property for the duration of your stay and refund our net income from new rental bookings. Payments will normally be made 30 days after the end of the lease term with the new lease. FUNDS AND DEPOSIT PURPOSE: 100% must be paid within 60 days of booking upon fully executed contract. If the order is placed outside of the 60-day period, 50% of the balance will be paid on a fully executed contract upon signing and 50% of the balance on a fully executed contract 60 days prior to arrival. A cash deposit is required, but deposits vary by property. After ALVR receives your deposit, these funds are deposited into an FDIX insured trust account that earns interest. Any interest earned on this investment will benefit ALVR. Refunds will be made as soon as the property acknowledges any damage or unpaid service or staff fees.

A credit card authorization form must also be completed and signed prior to arrival. We accept MC/VISA and AMEX for a convenient 3.5% fee.
Prices: Prices are based on a 7 night rental. Prices do not include taxes or fees. Prices are subject to change without notice. Some orders may require prior approval from the owner. Prices and availability are guaranteed upon reservation only. (Upon completion of lease agreement and receipt of funds.) Credit card authorization must be completed and signed prior to completion. MC/VISA/Discover and AMEX accepted for a 3.5% convenience fee.
YOMIT SERVICE: The arrival area will be clean. If the rental is for 7 days or more, the owner will be responsible for mid-week cleaning and cleaning after check-in, and the place must be returned to its original condition after check-out. If the rental is less than 7 days, the licensee will be responsible for the cleaning required to return the property to its original condition after moving in at a rate of $38/hour.
ADDITIONAL SERVICES: Additional personal laundry, dry cleaning and/or cleaning services can be arranged at a cost of $38 per hour by calling the Aspen Luxe Resort office at 970 205-9960. If the property manager is called for emergencies, there is a charge of $65 per hour.
Colorado Vacation Rentals
DAMAGE COVERAGE: $99 damage insurance is required (for $5,000 payment). Guests are responsible for all damages to the home and furnishings, equipment, and fixtures that occur during the renter’s stay. A 20% service charge will be added to invoice requests.
SECTION ONE: The customer is responsible for prepayment regardless of the customer’s actual arrival or departure.
CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT: Check-in at 16:00, check-out at 10:00. Exceptions may be made depending on the arrival or departure of guests on the specified dates. These times are set so that housekeeping has enough time to clean before the next arrival.
Please let us know if you plan to arrive early and we will try to accommodate you and your luggage if the vacation rental is clean from your previous departure.
