Don’t stay here. This is a dark place. The direction is pathetic. Trust the other reviews you’ve read about this place. I have lived many years and this is the worst experience I have ever had. The AC never worked. In winter, the heating did not work. I had spilled in my pantry. It’s amazing how this place still works.
License papers were stolen from one of my trucks, and packages were stolen from my porch, yard, and car. The director, if you can contact him, refuses to do anything because the office does not want to interfere in the affairs of your property because it is not their job. However, send a reminder to others that it is homework to make sure your child behaves. How about being able to use all three washing machines without flipping a switch, or being able to walk outside without yelling at your dog? What about the bad film that sits on top of the pool because it wasn’t cleaned enough? Instead of leaving branches and debris everywhere, how about cleaning up your property after a big storm? Why are parking lots occupied by piles of concrete and asphalt? Once a month, the shooting stopped…

The community here is beautiful. Laundromats are often full of trash, as are parking lots and streets. The walls and even the floor are paper thin, so you can feel the whole building. Neighbors don’t care – don’t pick up animal waste, scream matches at 4am and play music 24/7. It takes about a month to process a service request, and we’ve had to file multiple requests for the same issue (which rarely ends). The buildings are not built well because there is always a water problem or something that explodes. They send a letter to the manager when they receive a complaint, but it’s 50/50 if they fix the problem. I would not recommend staying here if possible, especially if you have children or work from home. The complex has many safety concerns, including fire in the area due to excessive heat, heat or ventilation failure, or gunfire in the parking lot. The people who work here seem nice and try, but it’s clear that the issues here are beyond what they can handle at their level.
This place is disgusting. Dogs everywhere, a smelly hallway, broken parking lot windows, overflowing garbage cans, birds and rats, and noisy neighbors are just a few things to look out for. Nothing is cleaned, nothing is fixed. Even in the dead of winter, it takes MONTHS to cure heat deficiency. And forget everything else. The service team itself is excellent, but the management is so bad that it’s hard to fix anything. Management is rude and very disorganized. The corporation is completely irrelevant. The units are also outdated and very cheap and lazily “renovated”. I am from abroad and I cried the day I moved because this experience was horrible, and I moved into a dirty and unsanitary apartment (food mold under the stove, dirty dishes in the sink, dried carpet, etc.). I was fooled by their online presentation and unfortunately ignored the red flags in the process – don’t be like me.
The worst place I have ever stayed. I lived there for about a year and it was the worst experience among the many blocked pipes in my house. The lack of expertise in the front office fuels the heat. Lack of property management. I would recommend anyone to stay elsewhere. Yes, I told you, the waste is always put back into the unit! Glass was broken all over the place. There are always police officers. They get lost sleeping in dog baths and laundry.
We want to live here and we have 13 years. We have three problems. First, pet owners don’t care, but it’s becoming less common. Second, the pool is not used within the rules, so those of us who can use it only after 8 pm cannot use it. This needs to change because we pay a lot of rent. Only people who allow big parties/glasses/alcohol should be cursed. Third and last, laundry rooms are just horrible. Machines never work at the same time and are expensive. I wish they would put our comfort first. Alas, we will see where it can be made and served. Also, we love our office workers and neighbors. We also like the easy walk to grocery and other shopping, as well as major highways in and around the neighborhood.

We lived here for about three years, and I was very sad to leave. I had to move because my husband’s job changed. The office staff really felt like family to us and we loved our home. We spent many days at the pool and loved our neighbors. It’s a great place and made going easy. The complex is always clean and well maintained, which is important to us as we like to travel outside a lot. It’s sad to go, but it’s been a few years here.
The first thing I want to say is that in many places, high-quality flooring is not the same as floorboards, which makes it easier.
