Learn how to do it on this tour, designed for children ages seven and up. Day tickets for tours are issued daily at 7:00 am, Monday through Thursday. until tickets are sold out.
For a fun, fun-friendly trip, head to the 16th Street Mall, a mile-long pedestrian Mall located in downtown Denver. Downtown Denver Ice Rink returns every winter from November to February to celebrate Denver’s festive spirit. A popular winter attraction, the rink attracted over 40,000 skaters last year.
Located in Skyline Park at 1601 Arapahoe St. The rink is free to anyone who brings their own skates. Adults can rent two skates for $11 and children under 12 can rent a pair for $9. All ages are welcome.

Are you a tourist arriving or passing through the Mile High City in the winter? Take advantage of the airport’s free ice skating and go ice skating at the Denver International Airport Plaza.
Find this 40 x 60 foot skating rink between Jeppesen Terminal and the Westin Hotel. The rink is open from November to January from 11:00 a.m. until 7:00 p.m. everyday. Get free rentals at the Westin and go skiing!
Denver embraces its arts community with monthly festivals held in Denver neighborhoods. Scheduled on the first Friday of each month, First Friday Art Walks feature cultural performances, music, art exhibits, art tours and more through Denver’s arts districts.
