Our hostel is located in Cape Hill, a short walk from the state capitol, downtown bars and a great music scene. Capitol Hill was once home to Denver’s elite and includes historic buildings like ours today. The area is known for its urban character, eclectic architecture and as a haven for young artists, musicians and bohemians (such as Jack Kerouac, who lived in the Colburn Hotel not far from the Amber Hostel).
