The entrance to the main house opens into a very large and spacious entrance hall. The main living area of the cottage features a large wood burning fireplace, surrounded by comfortable furniture and rugs. The gourmet kitchen flows into the living and dining room so access to the team chef (or private chef if guests prefer) is easy and fun. This level also includes a second dining area separate from the great room, and a billiards room. The outdoor area is welcoming with beautiful views in all directions.

The lower level of the main house includes a stone wine cellar, a stadium level movie theater, a separate sleeping area with a queen size bed and a full bathroom. The main building elevator starts at this level for easy access to the first floor or the bedroom floor above the living room. There are 4 bedrooms on the upper level of the main residence. The master suite has its own private living area with another wood burning fireplace, a bedroom with a king size bed and a private bathroom with a steam shower and a stand alone shower. Master suite opens to deck with hot tub. The second guest room has a queen size bed, the third guest room has a full size bed, and the fourth room on this level has two twin beds that convert to king size beds. This room has a loft with a king size mattress in the loft. Each guest suite has its own private bathroom.
Attached to the main structure is the Hot Springs Grotto. It is a personal guest quarter with a kitchen and a man-made grotto with waterfalls, masters and jetted pools. The lower level of the Hot Springs House has two king-sized guest rooms, each with its own private bathroom. Upstairs is a bedroom with two full beds. There is also grilling on the guest house deck.
The third part is the living room. Located above a two-car garage, the apartment has one bedroom with a queen-size bed and a private bathroom. The living area also includes a kitchen, a private deck, and a communal living area with two queen-sized beds that can be used as sofas or additional sleeping space.
