Bear Creek Apartments are operated by the university and are available to upper-level students (sophomores and beyond). Bear Creek offers individual passes, private bedroom accommodations, fully furnished apartments, campus passes, and extensive community spaces. You won’t find this service anywhere else in Boulder!

The Lotus In Boulder
For families, couples and single parents, the university maintains furnished and unfurnished one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments close to campus. A limited number of Efficiency or Studio apartments are available for students 21 years of age or older. Eligible applicants must be registered as a full-time student. Only students and their immediate family members can live here.

First-year students (freshmen) must live on campus, so they have priority in the residence area until the deadline for submitting the housing application. However, if space is available, upperclassmen and transfer students interested in the dorms may apply on campus.

Applications for off-campus residence permits for other reasons will be judged separately, taking into account the individual circumstances. The reservation officer must be contacted before submitting an accommodation request.
