In 1993, Wolf and Julie’s son Rick joined the Ski Shop team after Graduating from Western State College, Wolf and Julie retired in 2002, and it was Rick’s turn to run the Ski Shop team a year later. Older brother Scott joined the family business along with Rick’s wife, Debbie. The third generation of Uhls is now represented in the ski shop. Since both Emily and Katie are part of the team, of course, the original Ski Bum and the great Kevin Kinney have been an integral part of the Ski Shop family since 1981. “Big Al” or “Little Al” (depending on the day) are here. in the Ski Shop family for almost a year as well as decades. We consider our 25+ employees to be part of the Ski Shop family, and many of our customers consider themselves part of the same family.
The ski shop is the only specialty ski and snowboard shop in the area. Since we only sell ski and snowboard equipment.
