With 5 bedrooms, 4.5 baths and an amazing loft. Not to mention the terrace with a private hot tub. There are 8 TVs, free WiFi, a private garage for a ping pong machine and a full size washer and dryer. Additionally, this home has the best direct mountain views in the entire complex!
The first floor has high ceilings, a comfortable living area, a gourmet kitchen with granite countertops and Viking appliances. In this house, no one sits on the couch to eat dinner, the large dining room seats 14 people. Talk about a great place to host a Thanksgiving or other festive meal! Climb the stairs to the “man’s attic” (instead of the man hole). Enjoy a pool room style lighted pool table, a shuffleboard and a large TV with plenty of seating for the game or the kids can play on the Xbox. Or just relax and watch the game in the massage chair!

The master bedroom is on the first floor adjacent to the kitchen and dining room. The master bedroom has a king-size bed, a gas fireplace, and a private master bath with a double vanity, shower, and soaking tub. On the entry level there is another king suite with attached bath with walk in shower. Down the hall, past the washer/dryer range, you’ll find one of two bedrooms with bunk beds. This room has 2 sets of 2 single beds with full bunk beds and a bathroom with shower and bathtub. On the lower level there is another bunk room with 2 sets of 2 single over full bunk beds, and the fifth bedroom has a queen size bed and large windows that let in lots of light. Downstairs bedrooms have a shared bathroom with shower and bath. Next to the kitchen you will find a half bathroom.

Cimarron Townhomes is a luxury townhome community just blocks from the mountains. In high season there is a free shuttle bus to take you to the mountains or anywhere in town, in the summer it’s just a quick walk or bike ride to the great hiking and biking trails in the mountains. The area also has an outdoor heated pool and hot tub. You will inspect the house yourself where the property manager will assist you and tell you about the house and its features and answer any questions you may have. The first bedroom is a master suite with a king size bed, fireplace, large flat screen TV and en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom also has a king size bed and an en-suite bathroom.

Bedrooms 3 and 4, which share a bathroom, each have a king size bed that can be split into two single beds. The fifth bedroom has a king bed that can be split into two single beds. In the sixth room guests will find a double bed. The seventh bedroom has five long single beds, a large flat screen TV with Netflix and Xbox, and a bathroom with two showers, two toilets and a shower. In all bathrooms, guests will find new fixtures, tiles, flooring, LED lighting and ceilings. Bed linen and towels are provided.
In the living room, guests will find two seating areas – one with a sofa bed and two chairs arranged around a large flat screen TV, the other with a sofa and two armchairs arranged around the fireplace. There is also a recreation room with a bar with a bistro table, microwave and refrigerator, as well as a sofa bed, armchairs and a 75-inch flat-screen TV with cable and Apple TV channels. In the game room, guests will find another wet bar, foosball table and pool table.
The fully equipped kitchen has granite countertops, refinished floors and stainless steel appliances such as two ovens, side by side refrigerator, dishwasher and microwave. For dining, guests will find a 10-seat dining table, a six-seat breakfast table and a four-seat breakfast bar.

On the eastern edge of Steamboat Springs lies the Routt National Forest, which protects 1.1 million acres of alpine trees, grasslands, tundra, wildlife, lakes and streams. The forest is managed together with the Medicine Bow National Forest to form the Medicine Bow-Routt National Forest, which encompasses over 2.2 million acres of natural beauty in total. The forests are home to many animals, including moose, eagles, foxes, bears, birds of prey and marmots. Nearby Routt National Forest attractions include Fish Creek Falls, a 280-foot waterfall around which visitors will find hiking trails that lead to base camp and Falls Lookout, then cross the river and head five miles east, where you arrived. the pristine alpine waters of Long Lake.
