A towering ponderosa hedge shelters one of the newest homes in the prestigious Windcliff Estates. Built in collaboration with one of Colorado’s leading architects and the Chiappe family, Ascent is a modern masterpiece. This luxury mountain retreat can easily accommodate up to eight guests. Although Estes Park (the gateway community to Rocky Mountain National Park) is only a 15-minute drive away, you’ll always feel safe at Ascent, secluded from the “hustle and bustle” of people and their traffic. The Enclave of Windcliff Estates, which includes Ascent Residence, is a private residential community spanning 260 acres on the western slopes of Rams Horn Mountain. It is served by a single access private road without inter-streets or heavy traffic. It really is a world out there in Ascent. The Ascent Experience The architecture of Ascent Resort honors and embraces the mountains it stands so majestically in front of. High rooflines greet the sky, every eye toward the magical horizon line where the Western Hemisphere curses the deep azure blue of the Colorado sky.
